Our Mission
The primary mission of The Healing Community Centers is world peace. The secondary mission is to provide global consciousness education and integrative health care centers for the individual communities of the world to help accelerate and accomplish that. Our work is to eradicate violence from the planet and achieve peace by raising individual, community, and global consciousness through teaching the skills needed, and providing the support necessary, to attain individual inner peace, via the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
If we want world peace, we have to put our money where our mouth is - which means, as a global community and family, we must take responsibility and address the root cause of why we don't have peace - which is humans and the current level of human consciousness. No one else is responsible for the multifaceted violence and dysfunction on this planet that humans have created, other than humans. Therefore, logic dictates, on a local and global scale, we must address the evolutionary needs of human consciousness - which further dictates, we need a global organization to do this.
I have put my money where my mouth is, and dedicated my life to creating this org in the most powerful and pure manner, as guided by our ancestors in spirit, so that we give the most efficient and powerful tool to humanity's evolution and living in peace, light, joy and love with our world family.
This org is unlike any other, as I am seeking the people who know in their heart, their bones, their gut, their soul, when they learn about it, that it is part of their soul's journey to be a part of the birthing team for this revolutionary organization that will leave a legacy on the planet. With individual healing and peace, the consciousness is raised, yielding the power, knowledge, and ability to resolve conflict peacefully, whether personal, professional, which leads to the ultimate goal of collective - or world - healing and peace. With true integration of the body, mind, and spirit comes individual healing, awareness, freedom, and peace, through the elements that make up love: compassion, empathy, forgiveness, respect, integrity, reverence, patience, humor, joy, courage, wisdom, and strength.

What are The Healing Community Centers?
The Healing Community Centers is a consciousness education and integrative healthcare center franchise that will assist in the paradigm shift of transitioning from living in a violent world without our spiritual intelligence and family - living from and in fear, distrust, and separation - to living in a peaceful world with our spiritual intelligence and family - living from and in love, trust, and unity.
HCC will do this by providing a forum for all peoples to come together in an environment that transcends age, race, color, faith, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, physical/mental/emotional/psychological abilities, and spiritual awareness, in a space created by each other, for each other, with each other, from love and light, our energetic/spiritual/soul heritage.
What HCC will DO, is, simply put, give people a place where they can go to find solace and comfort for the mind, body and spirit. It is not a retreat center; it is a multidisciplinary resource and healthcare center offering services and programs for health maintenance, treatment and prevention, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, locally and globally.
Kripalu meets landmark, meets ymca, meets a western medical practice, meets a shaman meets love. Find a Dr., find an Acupuncturist, find a Tai Chi class, find a Nutritionist, find a friend. Be greeted at the door by your sister, your brother, and welcomed as family - because you are, we all are. Where there is an HCC, you are not alone, in fact, you are home. This is HCC.

OUR TAKE ON PEACE

The powerful words of our sister Wangari Maathai express so beautifully our collective need to "plant the seeds of peace and seeds of hope" and the "call on those around the world", two important and necessary concepts that must be acted upon as a means to achieving healing and peace for our world family.
World peace is a call to each of us to make the effort to act consciously, showing up and being present, especially when there is a conflict, as an integrated spiritual human being, with a sincere interest to learn from and understand the situation, as an opportunity to grow and evolve, with integrity, compassion, empathy, wisdom, thoughtfulness, patience, dedication, and love, whether it feels good and easy to do this, or whether it is challenging and difficult to do this, because it means we have to talk about or do things that are hard, or make us feel uncomfortable. This is the true work of peace, for peace is a verb, not a noun.
"The Soul has the power to heal the planet. Once we awaken at the level of the soul, which is the level of our planetary being, we can act to save our world and to save ourselves. This is the challenge facing the coming generation, which has taken birth in a species out of harmony with life and has inherited a wounded planet. Without such a spiritual awakening, our efforts to save the planet and its natural resources will lack depth and determination and easily become subverted by vested interests."

They are Centers to teach the awakening "at the level of the soul, which is the level of our planetary being."
World peace must begin with each person finding her or his own inner peace. The HCC will assist in this process by offering knowledge, skills, and healthcare, for the healing and integration of the body, mind, and spirit, in a setting that fosters interdependence, evolutionary consciousness, communication, connection, friendship/family, support, and of course, love. The result of acquiring these skills is the raising of consciousness and establishing a solid base of empowerment, awareness, knowledge, skills, and ability for coping with our own individual difficulties and halting our own individual cycle of violence. The secondary result of that, affording individuals the knowledge and capacity to communicate effectively with others, halting the external cycles of violence. Our world family can learn how to do this by interacting with each other in an environment that is safe, supportive, and welcoming of all the vast and beautiful variations that comprise the existence and practices of the human race, joining together all cultures and traditions equally in the process of growth, evolution, transformation, and rebirth.
