Here, she would simply like to say that it is her greatest honor to be the carrier of the sacred seed for the Tree of Life, HCC, and bring the HCC Tribe home to each other to disseminate the Truth of who we all are, where we come from, and the healing and Joy that comes with that, for ALL of Mother Earth’s Children!

​Laura Garrigan grew up knowing that one day she would be part of something BIG... what, exactly, she did not know. She grew up in Quincy, Ma surrounded by quite a large family and knew that her chances of going to college were slim to none. So she focused on an agricultural high school where she could at the very least spend half of her days outside riding horses or in one of the many buildings learning about and bonding with the animals. After high school she followed in her mother's footsteps and became a certified nurse's aide and found comfort in taking care of the elderly in their final days of life.  Noticing the huge gap between the physical and mental health support side of caregiving,  she had always dreamed of having a place to go under one roof where all of our needs could be addressed. When she met Jodi Redhawk during the Shamanic Journeys, it didn't take long to realize that the vision for The Healing Community Centers was the answer to many of her prayers and a dream come true. Focused on her own healing journey, she has learned many valuable lessons and tools to navigate this ever changing world, and looks forward to using her knowledge to build and connect with the rest of our HCC family to ensure that no child, woman, or man is left behind.
